30-day returns: you can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Just email support@pawkiro.com with your order number and we’ll send simple return instructions.
Damaged or wrong item? Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll ship a free replacement or refund you in full — no need to return anything.
Refund timing: refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of approval.
Items that touched food or water (bowls, fountains) can only be returned unused, for hygiene reasons.
