How long does shipping take?
5–8 business days across the US, shipped from US warehouses. You’ll get a tracking link by email within 1–2 business days of ordering.

Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet — we currently ship to US addresses only.

What’s your return policy?
30 days, full refund, no drama. Details on our Returns & Refunds page.

My item arrived damaged — what now?
Email a photo to support@pawkiro.com within 7 days and we’ll send a free replacement or full refund. You don’t need to ship anything back.

Are your products safe for kittens and senior cats?
Yes — every product page notes age suitability. Heated items have auto temperature control, and all toys are made from pet-safe materials.

Which payment methods do you accept?
PayPal and all major credit/debit cards, processed through PayPal’s secure checkout.

How do I track my order?
Click the tracking link in your shipping email. Lost it? Email support@pawkiro.com and we’ll resend it.

Can I change or cancel my order?
